The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and sales management skills to motivate the sales team and deliver exceptional results.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Define sales objectives, quotas, and KPIs, and track performance against targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.

Pay:
$3, $3,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 25% travel

Ability to Relocate:

  • Chino, CA 91710: Relocate before starting work (required)
