- Perform data cleansing and transformation to prepare data for analysis.

- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to the needs of each department and various programs, business lines, and functions.
- Create interactive visualizations and drill-down capabilities for deeper insights.
- Optimize dashboard performance for efficient data retrieval and visualization.
- Work closely with our Solutions BAs to understand data requirements and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Power BI solutions.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to ensure data availability and accessibility.
- Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency based on data analysis.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations and presentations.
- Provide training and support to users on Power BI functionality and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Power BI within the organization, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Power BI and related technologies.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through self-learning and professional development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a strong preference towards Power BI expertise.
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with SQL databases and writing SQL queries.
- Competency with Python, and Spark
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.

About the Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in Power BI, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide both base-level reporting and actionable insights for our organization. You will both directly and indirectly support various departments and functions.
