    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Experience as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred
    • Experience in assisted living/memory care preferred
    • Current, valid CNA preferred

    General Overview:

    As a Resident Care Associate, you will perform various care activities and services to cater to the personal needs and comfort of our residents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, vital signs monitoring, and more.
    2. Assist with bed-making, laundry, and mealtime support.
    3. Utilize community programs and maintain a calm atmosphere.
