    Position Summary

    HCEW Management Services, LLC ("HCEW-MS") provides administrative support services to Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, LLC ("UTMC"), HCEW-MS, and affiliated entities.

    UTMC, a long-standing family-owned company with over a century of history, leads the industry in refrigerated semi-trailers and is the fourth largest semi-trailer manufacturer in North America.

    UTMC operates six manufacturing plants - five in different U.S. states, one in Mexico, and a research and development center in California. HCEW and UTMC are based in City of Industry, California, making this an on-site role.

    This position demands a solid grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles regarding accounts receivable, intercompany billing, lease billing, sales reconciliation at month-end, and other accounting principles.

    The ideal candidate should apply their accounting expertise effectively and leverage past experiences in a dynamic setting.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and reconcile free text billing for all legal entities within D365.
    • Handle month-end lease billing for specific legal entities within D365.
    • Generate financial reports to reconcile lease income for specific legal entities in D365.
    • Create fixed asset billing monthly within D365.
    • Run D365 accounts receivable reports for monthly reconciliation purposes.
    • Reconcile the sales account with the general ledger.
    • Record and track work order logs; Compile and distribute reports to the costing department.
    • Support special projects as needed.
    • Assist in various departmental tasks.
    • Engage daily with cross-functional teams.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 2 years' accounting experience.
    • Preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration with an accounting emphasis or equivalent.
    • Thorough understanding of sales versus cost of sales.
    • Solid comprehension of customer settlements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access essential.
    • Experience with D365 required.
    • High attention to detail crucial.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective organization of daily and monthly responsibilities.
    • Proactive in problem-solving.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Experience in data management.

    Capable of defining problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and deriving valid conclusions. Demonstrates discretion regularly and excels at prioritizing workload.

    Compensation

    Salary:
    $25-$27 per hour
