    ABOUT THE POSITION

    The Sr. Marketing Product Manager role involves developing marketing strategies and initiatives to increase awareness among healthcare professionals, educate the sales team, and drive the adoption of Inspire therapy, including the implanted system and patient management platform. Responsibilities include creating quarterly commercial communication plans, compiling Inspire clinical data, and facilitating international market expansion and collaboration. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Marketing for Medical Professionals at Inspire.

    OPPORTUNITIES AWAITING YOU IN THIS ROLE

    • Set yearly commercial marketing objectives and implement quarterly Action Plans
      • Identify opportunities for sales team alignment on key marketing campaigns for optimal ecosystem performance
      • Lead the development and execution of Action Plans with sales leadership
      • Facilitate direct communication with the sales team through weekly Spotlight emails and monthly field calls
      • Maintain sales and marketing materials, ensuring their relevance and accuracy
    • Drive the promotion of the economic and clinical value of Inspire therapy
      • Establish strong partnerships with research and clinical teams to curate a clinical reference guide
      • Work closely with Sales Training and Marketing Communications to keep the sales team and clinicians informed of important clinical updates
    • Support and nurture relationships with international Inspire teams
      • Guide new regions through the therapy introduction process, from field implementation to fostering adoption
      • Standardize and streamline onboarding processes for new country teams and Inspire distributors

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering
    • Minimum of 8 years in medical sales and/or marketing
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
    • Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively with sales teams
    • Experience in project management

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree in business preferred
    • Experience working with international teams
    • Background in sleep medicine
