What can you expect?

You create and update AIA and BAP
You establish and update project-specific modeling rules
You create and maintain parameter lists
You create and document BIM models in collaboration with architects, planning engineers, and specialist planners
You coordinate BIM processing throughout the planning and execution phases
You create, manage, and review BIM content
You act as the overall BIM coordinator in a project or as the BIM coordinator for a trade/discipline
You conduct structured and continuous quality checks
