Job Summary:
Duties:
- Generate sales tax and tax return documents.
- Prepare and analyze P&L financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities
- Perform payroll processing and reconciliation
- Utilize Quicken or similar software for financial data management
- Assist in financial report writing for internal and external stakeholders
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Proven experience in financial acumen and analysis
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and regulations
- Proficiency in Quicken or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes
- Experience in payroll management and reconciliation
- Ability to handle accounts receivable efficiently
Skills:
- Financial report writing

Pay:
$55, $80,000.00 per year
