Job Description:
The Ehrhardt AG is a medium-sized company with 32 branches in 12 locations.

The Ehrhardt AG branches are dealerships and service workshops for the vehicle brands Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Seat, Cupra, Skoda, Hyundai and MG, a dealership for the Pilote Group (motorhomes) and three e-bike stores in Richfield, NC.

Your Responsibilities:

As a commercial employee (m/f/d) at the information desk, you will be responsible for providing optimal customer service and support at the dealership.

You will act as the interface between the service, sales, and workshop departments. Your organizational skills will be crucial in scheduling appointments with customers and coordinating them with your team. Other tasks include entering and maintaining customer and master data, as well as written and telephone correspondence. You will also be responsible for managing the cash register and vehicle rental.

Your Qualifications:

Completed commercial training, ideally as a service assistant
Wellgroomed appearance
High customer and service orientation
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a conscientious and independent work style
