    Description
    The Details:

    Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour

    Working Hours: Full-time, with multiple shift options available

    Required Qualifications:
    - Valid Class A or B license with Airbrakes, Passenger Endorsement, and Unexpired Medical Certificate

    The Spirit of the Role:
    The Shuttle Driver position focuses on providing efficient, safe, and timely transportation for passengers and employees to and from the airport terminal and parking areas. The role is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals being transported.

    Responsibilities:
    - Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
    - Collaborate effectively with team members
    - Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting passenger needs
    - Assist passengers with information about the local area
    - Ensure safe boarding and exiting of passengers, including those with special needs
    - Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
    - Uphold safety standards and regulations
    - Communicate professionally with passengers and colleagues
    - Report incidents and vehicle issues promptly
    - Maintain a secure shuttle bus and follow safety protocols
    - Adhere to safety codes and standards
    - Address customer inquiries and issues respectfully
    - Perform assigned duties and tasks as needed

    Requirements:
    - Class A or B license with minimum 2 years of driving experience and a Passenger Endorsement
    - Unexpired Medical Certificate
    - Successful completion of drug screening and background check
    - Minimum age of 20 years old

    - Clean driving record meeting specified guidelines
    - Professional appearance with no visible body piercings or tattoos
    - Reliable transportation to and from work

    Skills:
    - Effective communication abilities
    - Outgoing and enthusiastic demeanor
    - Proficiency in English
    - Flexibility in work schedule
    - Openness to feedback and improvement
    - Strong team-building and interpersonal skills

    Physical Requirements:
    - Ability to work in various weather conditions
    - Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
    - Endurance to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
    - Capacity to drive for 2-3 hours continuously
    - Physical agility for bending, squatting, and repetitive movements
    - Proficiency in manual tasks involving hands and arms
    - Verbal communication skills
