NAMMBA is seeking a dynamic, personable and detailed oriented individual for a administrative role to support the CEO in day to day operations.

This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to contribute their skills and talents to support a mission based organization.

The Executive Assistant will work in a high growth mission based organization while supporting the NAMMBA Family of Companies.


Responsibilities:


  • Developing business reports to provide updates on goals/objectives
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential members on behalf of CEO to set up introductory calls for membership
  • Scheduling events
  • Sending out client gifts
  • Other tasks as assigned Requirements
  • Previous experience in a non profit preferred, not required
  • Excellent powerpoint/excel skills
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Excellent memory and recall
  • Four year degree preferred, not required
  • Ambitious, motivated, optimistic

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary is $ $20.00 per hour

Monday to Friday

Experience - EA: 2-3 years (preferred)

Education - Bachelors (preferred)
