RECEIVING MANAGER

We are a health forward grocery Store creating an experience where the shopper need not scrutinize every food label. Where the curation of the product will have undergone an extensive selection process ensuring the highest quality standards.

Currently, Happier is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities
*Coordinating, receiving, verifying, and signing for deliveries and services. *Communicating with vendors regarding delays or problems. *Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas. *Responsible for all receiving documentation and inbound load integrity including, but not limited to, documenting seals and following organic product receiving and storage procedures. *Ensures all employees are using proper documents. *Handles inbound appointments and makes follow-up calls as necessary including, transportation, vendors, purchasing and other internal customers. *Works closely with Inventory Control to ensure all receipts are correct and makes necessary adjustments. *Responsible for opening store stocking teams *Works on other projects as assigned.


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

*Superior communication skills *Ability to build relationships and embrace change. *Great attention to detail *Organizing and leadership skills *At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. *Responsible and organized team player. *High attention to details and written procedure compliance. *Ability to bend and lift heavy loads. *Data entry and computer skills. *Understanding of safety protocols and requirements.

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $24.00/hour.
