Our Client

Our client is a highly successful international scale-up with solid funding. They have developed an AI-assisted MRI scanning product that reduces scan time by 50% without compromising image quality. This significantly improves the patient experience. The company operates in Asia and the US, and has recently received approval in the EU, where they are now looking to expand their presence. As a result, we are seeking an energetic Customer Success Manager with a passion for Medtech.

The Role

The Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to customers in hospitals across DACH. The main objective of this role is to drive business value for customers by utilizing the MRI Solution and providing best practices to maximize its value.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Install (SAAS) product at new customer sites, including optimizing MRI scan parameters and setting up networks;
  • Train and assist customers in using the product to meet their specific needs;
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product usage and image quality;
  • Train channel partners on product installation and MRI scan parameter setup;
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager on sales pipeline priorities and renewal strategies.
