USA 's Delaware Printing Company has an opening for a person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and is able to work within demanding deadlines.

This is a full-time position for a Machine Operator Team Leader. We are seeking a self-motivated, organized team player to join an existing team of dedicated professionals.

Duties include but not limited to:

Guiding the flow of the finishing side
Communication with staff and adjusting as needed
Repairing any malfunctioning of machines
Operating machinery and maintaining press to meet product specifications
Following all safety protocols
Ensuring proper maintenance, safety, and functioning of all equipment
Lifting up to 50 pound objects
Standing for extended periods of time
Lifting, bending, turning, extensive use of hands and wrists and working with several types of machines
Cleaning and maintaining equipment

Skills needed:_

5 years of experience or more in printing industry
Must have operation and maintenance skills on post press equipment
Able to do repairs on the equipment as needed
Forklift experience
Must be willing to learn stitching machine operation if applicant does not already have this experience.
Proven leadership experience
