Description

• Manage the dietary department, including planning and supervising all food service and nutritional programs
• Conduct patient assessments to determine individual dietary needs and preferences
• Develop and implement care plans based on patient assessments and physician recommendations
• Supervise food preparation, ensuring meals meet nutritional standards and dietary restrictions
• Provide health coaching to residents on proper nutrition, diet modifications, and healthy eating habits
• Oversee tube feeding procedures and ensure proper administration
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including diagnostic evaluations
• Monitor food budgets, inventory levels, and expenses related to dietary services
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (required)
• Certification as a Dietary Manager (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of physiology, nutrition, and dietary requirements
• Experience in developing care plans and supervising staff in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in budgeting and managing food service operations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
