We, the company Biga Hotel Management GmbH, are a small, growing company with an established and dynamic team, and we are currently seeking a Hotel Manager (m/f/d) in Goslar-Hahnenklee.


Your responsibilities:

  • Individual welcome, care and coordination of regular and house guests
  • Proper cash and debtor accounting
  • Coordination of telephone calls
  • Complaint handling
  • Leading and coordinating employees
  • Management of marketing measures, e.g. booking channels
  • Support of the management in implementing the hotel concept
  • Budget planning and control
  • Organization of daily operations

Your profile:

  • Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable education
  • Experience with hotel computer systems
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under high pressure
  • Reliable, structured and thorough work ethic
  • Good manners, flexibility and teamwork skills
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
