Description

Responsibilities

  • Update internal databases including but not limited to tenants in the market, competitive sets and business park summaries, property stacking plans and development overviews.
  • Compile tenant location, ownership and contact information per the request of the brokerage team.
  • Collaborate with brokers and marketing professionals to create client research and market analytic materials.
  • Generate space surveys, market overviews and property comps as requested by advisors.
  • Compile ownership information, demographics, traffic counts, tax information and other pertinent information utilizing inhouse and thirdparty resources.
  • Assist with management of quarterly data databases.
  • Follow market news and have a solid understanding of market activity as well as national real estate trends.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in real estate, business, economics, or related.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel capabilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to a fluid environment.
