Summer job:
Night watch (m/f/d) for youth summer courses


Your task:

  • Shifts on 5 days per week from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am (with breaks)
  • Contact person for our participants during the night (in case of problems such as discomfort or restlessness)
  • Enforcing school rules and house rules
  • Communication with participants in German

What we are looking for:
Minimum age: 21 years


  • Residing at the location
  • Experience in working with children and teenagers is preferred
  • Native-level German and good English skills
  • Empathy, understanding, and sense of responsibility * Resilience, flexibility, willingness to work at night

What to plan for:

  • Availability for 2 to 4 consecutive weeks
  • Participation in our preparation seminars (expected 1 online session + 1 in-person session in Frankfurt am Main)
