We are growing Private Equity Real Estate Firm and Virtual Assistant company, in search of a strong Project/Continuous Improvement Manager with 3-5 years experience in managing multiple projects and initiatives across various entities as directed by Executive Leadership.


The Continuous Improvement/Project Manager is a key operational role tasked with providing support towards shaping and executing operational strategies, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.


Job Scope:


1.


Operational Leadership:


  • Develop and execute operational plans aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives, along with managing special projects as assigned by Executive leadership.
  • Ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement across all service areas.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish clear operational processes and guidelines for the virtual assistant team.

Quality Assurance:


  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high service standards and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery, making datadriven decisions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly, working with the team to implement corrective actions.

Process Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to implement tools and software that improve team productivity and client experience.
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance service offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.

Strategic Planning:


  • Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans, offering insights and recommendations based on operational expertise.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Foster open communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Interface with clients, addressing their needs, collecting feedback, and using insights to improve service delivery.

Risk Management and Compliance:


  • Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proven experience in operational leadership roles, preferably within the virtual assistant or BPO industry. (3 to 5 years)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have solid critical thinking skills, along with strategic mindset, and the ability to align operational initiatives with business strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of technology tools and software used in remote work environments.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year


Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Chicago, IL 60614: Relocate before starting work (required)
