Posting Summary
Among the key duties of this position are the following;

Protein expression and purification.
Enzymatic assays and IC50 determination.
Rodent (mouse and rat) surgeries, injections and colony maintenance.
Mosquito colony maintenance, infections with Plasmodium parasites and dissections.
General molecular biology, tissue culture and cell biological techniques.
Light, fluorescent and confocal microscopy.
