We are looking for a seasoned leader in hospitality to join our team as the Resort General Manager to oversee our resort that features 389 RV Sites, fully furnished rental cabins, Conestoga Wagons, and so much more With best-in-class amenities, activities for the entire family, beautiful views of the mountains, it's no wonder this luxury RV Resort was Voted #1 Top RV Campground, #1 Top Large Campground by Campspot.

Position Summary: The Resort General Manager is responsible for the operations and continued profitability of the Verde Ranch RV Resort and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for guests.
Ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of experience within hospitality management industry; preferably hotels or RV Resorts. Previous select service/ hotel GM experience a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Operational departments such as Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
Experience with monthly operating budgets, expense management, and overall financial acumen.

Recommends and implements marketing initiatives to increase reservations and occupancy and promotes CRR Hospitality brand.
Oversees team member selection, training, scheduling and development and ensures all team members comply with company policies and procedures.
Coordinates with the Activities department for planning and execution of activities and events for our guests.
Analyze transient, monthly, and seasonal revenue and conduct comparisons at various intervals to identify market trends for the owner.
Ensures compliance with federal state & local agencies that regulate fair housing laws & resort operations
Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
