Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for scheduling fuel deliveries and ensuring that optimal levels of fuel inventories are maintained. As a dispatcher you will schedule routes to maximize driver's time efficiency

Specific duties in this role will include:

• Communicating with other Dispatchers, Drivers and Service Technicians
• Process and maintain delivery reports
• Contact customers by phone to notify them of deliver
• Follow up on driver and customer delivery questions

Requirements:

Must be pleasant, professional and possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently. Must be detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature.

Specific qualifications in this role will include:

• Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Must also be comfortable with the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and Web navigation
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• At least 5 Years of prior Oil dispatch experience
