Customer Management Officer Region (m/w/d)



What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating maintenance and deadline dates and advising customers on all questions regarding the maintenance of HIL systems/equipment and non-HIL systems/equipment
  • Supporting technical and logistical supplier development and product monitoring
  • Coordinating training and exercise support or deployments at home and abroad
  • Coordinating with the holding units and the HIL branch organization to prepare, conduct, and follow up on training, exercises, and deployments with the goal of maintaining or optimizing the required availability and repair cycle times for systems/equipment under maintenance responsibility

What you'll need:

  • A completed vocational training and certified specialist training or additional functional training/education
