Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct mortgage financing conversations with potential REALTORS, banking and home builder clients.
- Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, determine financing objectives, discuss with borrowers product/pricing guidelines and gather any additional required information.
- Track and follow the process to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Work with several different mortgage supply vendors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven mortgage loan origination track record.
- MUST have a current NMLS license.
- Independent selfstarter ready to pull ahead in the mortgage lending business with a great new company.
- Experienced in Fannie, Freddie, FHA, USDA and VA lending.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in mortgage lending.
Pay:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
