    Description

    Position Overview:

    MedRock Pharmacy is a fast growing compounding pharmacy that focuses on the dermatology field. MedRock Pharmacy is currently located in Tampa, FL and Chattanooga, TN.

    We are looking to add a motivated Associate Territory Manager, a dynamic professional to work with our team to maintain existing business and add new accounts in the Southwest Florida region (Naples north to Punta Gorda).

    Job Duties:

    • Services existing accounts by maintaining a daily work schedule to call on potential clientele and foster relationships with existing customers.
    • Demonstrates the compounding platform to potential clients via in-person demonstrations, telephone solicitations, etc.
    • Remains up to date on the latest industry updates and relays new features to clients.
    • Submits bi-monthly sales plans to management.
    • Recommends changes to product features, delivery and services by evaluating results and soliciting feedback from existing and potential clients.
    • Resolves provider complaints by investigating issues, developing timely solutions and communicating feedback to Senior Management.
    • Frequent travelling to meet clients and present pharmacy features and offerings.

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Must live in Naples, FL.
    • Proactive, goal-driven, self-starter.
    • Ability to close deals.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and foster relationships with key constituents.
    • Ability to quickly absorb product and services information.
