    Description
    Walker Methodist Highview Hills seeks a full-time evening Concierge/Receptionist to manage the main front desk and interact with clients and customers via phone and in person.

    Competitive wage depending on experience.

    Available shifts:
    • Full-time, 30 hours per week
    • Monday - Friday; 3:00pm - 9:00pm
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • High level of professionalism and personal standard of a positive attitude, behavior and appearance
    • Communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service with the ability to speak clearly and distinctly
    • Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
    • Ability to embrace our values of respect, imagination and collaboration
    • Prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
    • Intermediate Computer Skills
    • Deal with emergencies calmly and effectively
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • One year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position and basic computer skills
