    Tapcheck is on the hunt for a Product Manager to spearhead our B2B pre-sale and post-sale product strategy, focusing on delivering our Earned Wage Access (EWA) service as a key financial wellness benefit to our business customers and their hourly employees.

    This vital role demands comprehensive responsibility, ranging from aligning strategic planning on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis with our business objectives, to driving daily scrum-level execution to achieve our goals.


    As the champion of our product strategy for B2B growth, you will be tasked with three critical KPIs: enhancing our closed won rate by refining our sales motion across all market segments (SMBs, mid-market, and Enterprise), diminishing the time to launch for business accounts of varying sizes without compromising the quality of our service and account management experience, and amplifying our sales growth potential through strategic partner integrations (including payroll, timeclock, ERP, and HRIS providers).

    Your leadership will be pivotal in refining our sales processes, accelerating the onboarding of new accounts, and ensuring our solutions adhere to stringent financial governance and compliance frameworks.

    LL DO:
    Strategic Planning &

    Product Roadmap Development:


    Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with Tapcheck's strategic goals and market opportunities to drive sustainable growth.


    Market & Competitive Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing product positioning and strategic decisions.

    Sales Process Optimization & Enablement:


    Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies, develop enablement tools and processes, and improve overall sales effectiveness to enhance the closed-won rate across all market segments.

    Product Launch & Time-to-Market Acceleration:


    Manage the end-to-end process for product launches, focusing on accelerating time to market while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.


    Partnership & Integration Managemen t:

    Identify and secure strategic partnerships and integrations with payroll, timeclock, ERP, and HRIS providers, enhancing Tapcheck's ecosystem and driving value for customers.


    Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:


    Lead and inspire cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, communication, and alignment across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer service to achieve product objectives.


    Product Performance Monitoring & Optimization:


    Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze data for insights, and implement optimizations to improve product functionality, user experience, and market fit.


    Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement:


    Systematically gather and incorporate customer feedback into the product development process, prioritizing features and improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

    Engage in continuous learning and professional development to remain at the forefront of product management and fintech innovation, and share knowledge with the team and broader community.


    Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:


    Ensure product features and integrations comply with relevant financial regulations and standards, including PCI, SOX, IFRS, and FinCEN, to maintain trust and security.

    WHAT YOU'


    LL BRING:

    Education:
    Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related; MBA or equivalent preferred.
    Experience: 8+ years in product management with 4+ years in B2B/fintech. Demonstrated success in product strategy and lifecycle management.

    Tech Proficiency:
    Deep understanding of payroll, timekeeping, ERP, HRIS systems, and API integrations. Familiar with software development practices and cloud services.

    Data Analytics:
    Strong analytics skills, leveraging data to inform product decisions and strategy.

    Financial Industry Knowledge:
    Expertise in financial services, regulatory standards (PCI, SOX, IFRS, FinCEN), and financial wellness solutions.

    Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
    Ability to balance tactical and strategic decision-making.

    Leadership:
    Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams, excellent collaboration and communication skills.

    Customer Focus:
    Committed to addressing customer needs and using feedback for product improvement.

    Adaptability:
    Agile in adapting to change, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to navigate a dynamic environment.

    Compensation:
    $175,000-225,000 + bonus + equity.

    The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as:
    location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
