Saturdays and Sundays PER DEIM

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate sweet kids parties within a Pink Soda location in Stamford to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests.

Deliver friendly customer service by helping guests, your co workers and family members of guests. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly check in and checkout experience. Complete operational tasks including car unloads and reloads, party duties, and maintaining party inventory.

Should be able to provide BASIC nail painting and BASIC braid and or French braids as well as basic curls.

We can train on the curls and braids if needed.


Event Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft events or summer events.
  • Engage with clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+, by creating an environment of fun and creativity.
  • Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects, perform face painting and other activities.
  • Facilitate and implement party addons such as goody bags, balloons, etc. to company standards.
  • Communicate events with clients and salon team members.
  • Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs.
  • Create backup or emergency plans to be executed as needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events.
  • Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards. Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event. Assist parents with loading and unloading their cars.

  • Participate in daily store cleanliness activities including (but not limited to) sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms

  • Energetic and enthusiastic and personality.
  • The ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests of all ages and coworkers, are essential functions of the job.
  • Must have excellent people skills.
  • Should have experience working with children and children's events.
  • Must have good communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication as well as listening skills.
  • Must have organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and creative problemsolving skills.

Physical Requirements

Work Environment

  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move throughout the salon.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting boxes and accessing high shelves
Hours will vary according to the Parties booked. We offer birthday parties on Saturdays and Sundays and will be offering some summer events as well. Must be available for Saturdays and Sundays.
