EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM:

***: This position will coordinate and implement all areas of the dependency operational review in all Arizona Juvenile Courts. Through the review process, this position will determine compliance with statutes, administrative orders, funding agreements and program plans, and verify accounting/budgeting/financial management system policies and procedures. Areas of review include Juvenile Court case processing (e.g., case file review, courtroom observation) and the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program.


Additionally, this position will prepare detailed written reports highlighting operational review findings, areas of compliance, deficiencies, and recommended corrective action to be taken, as well as make recommendations for program development and improvement.

This position will train county personnel on correct operational procedures, provide technical assistance, assist with correctional plans as necessary, and develop and implement program evaluation processes and procedures.


This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Travel level:
up to 15%, must possess a valid driver's license. Position will require in-state travel, including overnight trips.

This is a Regular, Full-time, Exempt position.
