We are looking for a highly motivated person with an engaging personality to run the front desk and reception at one of our Longboat Key resorts.

Responsibilities:


  • Meet and greet owners and guests at checkin
  • Register incoming owners and guests
  • Receive and record rental payments
  • Maintain inventory of reservations and current unit status
  • Answer owner and guest inquiries regarding resort
  • Present statements of charges to owners and guests
  • Compile and record specific resort and other miscellaneous documents
  • Provide information about local businesses and attractions
  • Create and maintain housekeeping schedule
  • Answer all phone calls and assist owners/guests with any questions or concerns

Education:


  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, hospitality, hotels or equivalent
  • Marketing and social media experience preferred
  • Timeshare/Property management knowledge a plus
  • Computer Proficiency Required
  • Intermediate to Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
