    SCHEDULE :
    Create your own schedule and take control of your future in this unique sales role. We are looking for individuals who understand that the time they put in directly drives their income. The ideal candidate would be seeking a Full-Time (40 hrs/wk) role.

    WHAT IS A SALES DIRECTOR?

    Our Sales Directors are responsible for providing industry leading coverage to individuals, groups and businesses of any size. They also demonstrate integrity and dedication while providing excellent customer service to their clients and the community. You'll determine your own career path as a lead agent and/or director of a team in your area. We provide and encourage participation in regular professional development with our leaders.

    Not a problem We have an extensive training program that will thoroughly educate you on all aspects of your new career.

    We will take the time to foster and develop your unique strengths.

    WHAT DO WE OFFER?

    We are a stable, growing company with excellent earning potential.

    Average earnings for our Sales Directors are over $80,000 with our top Directors earning well over $175,000/year We encourage a diverse workplace culture where everyone can be themselves, achievements are celebrated, and hard work and results are recognized.

    Unlimited earnings through our commission plan.

    We offer a comprehensive training program where you receive the tools you need to succeed including training on our selling system, product knowledge, and software system.

    100% vested renewal commissions after only 5 years, 50% after 2 years

    Quarterly and annual world travel incentive trips
