Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", this position delivers products of the Daily Sun in a timely manner with an emphasis on safety.

These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.


Part-Time, On-Site position.

This position will work out of Sumterville, Florida.

Competitive salary based on experience, starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:


  • Delivers products to customers ensuring products arrive on time.
  • Pushes or pulls skids of product.
  • Shrinkwraps and loads products on the truck or van.
  • Daily inspects forklifts and maintains license for power industrial equipment.
  • Maintains inside and outside of delivery vehicle i.e. washing, etc.
  • Collects and delivers items to the office with the use of a van or box truck provided by the Daily Sun.
  • Inspects generators and conducts preventative maintenance when needed.

Education/Experience Requirements:


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A Valid Driver's License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.

Physical/Environmental Demands:


  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and/or constantly up to 20 pounds.
  • Required to move equipment or pallets by operating power industrial equipment and/or pallet jack.
  • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, heights, potential energy.
  • Occasionally exposed to fumes, dust, oils, odors, airborne particles, chemicals, and outside weather conditions.
