The Basics of this Position:


Compensation:
$ per hour. Individual compensation is determined using various factors such as experience, skills, geography, and proficiency in the role.

Availability we're looking for (this is not the schedule): Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings, mid-day, and afternoons up until 6:30pm most nights with two to three evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm (we pay extra for that). No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions.

Job Duties:


  • Majority of caseload is comprised of direct implementation of treatment protocols for clients
  • Communicates with Behavior Analyst to develop and implement behavior intervention plans as needed
  • Provides clinical program management for clients on assigned caseloads. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problemsolving to help each client reach his or her potential
  • Collaborates with other professionals, paraprofessionals, and parents in order to provide an effective program
  • Coordinates client visits to observe behavior technician sessions and provide coaching and clinical support
  • Motivates and provides mentorship to behavior technicians to help them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively
  • Is available to parents, clients, and staff by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need
  • Helps ensure that clients receive the full clinical prescrip
