We are looking for you

Your responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and incident reports via ticket, email, and phone. You will be responsible for all tasks in 1st and possibly 2nd level support.

You will be responsible for the installation and administration of clients and providing support to employees in case of technical issues.

Another part of your job will be documentation and inventory management.
You will also be responsible for maintaining company software using a software management program.
Your profile
You have successfully completed training as an IT system electronics technician (m/f/d) or IT administrator (m/f/d). We also welcome career changers with a strong interest in IT.
You have a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
You are interested in working in the IT field but have not yet found the right entry-level job.
