Key responsibilities include performing assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring patient needs are met within the scope of practice.
License Requirements:
Responsibilities encompass comprehensive client assessments, personalized care planning, goal-oriented interventions, and timely reporting of progress. The role also involves administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed.
