The Suds Family is looking for an energetic person to ensure that every customer that comes to our store has a wonderful experience.
Specifically, we are looking for a washateria attendant with multiple shift openings.We are a family owned business that is aiming to improve the experience of doing laundry for all of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers in to our store upon their arrival.
- Answering questions regarding how to operate our laundry machines with coin payment, credit card payment, or app payment.
- Performing wash and fold services for customers with impeccable attention to detail.
- Cleaning the store which includes wiping down all machines, sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning the restrooms, and any additional tasks to ensure the store is clean, inviting, and the best in service.
- Provide superior customer service by resolving issues quickly, asking for assistance as needed, and following our customer service training guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong focus on customer service and customer experience
- Hardworking with energy to be on their feet for a minimum of 8 hours
- Flexible
- Ability to solve problems as they arise
- Positive, energetic, and excited to serve the Suds Family
- Bilingual applicants preferred
- Spanish and English
Job Types:

Pay:
$8.00 - $9.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
