Sante is seeking a
PRN (Scheduled as Needed) Clinician to join our new Regional Mobile Response (MRT) Team in
Eldersburg, MD.

As an MRT Clinician, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop crisis plans, and serve as the on-site resource for clinical information and partner with all involved parties, including but not limited to families, friends, and community providers.


What You'll Do:


  • Perform onscene assessments, clinical evaluation, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations.
  • Effectively perform crisis intervention, including deescalation, crisis planning, and implementation.
  • Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
  • Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.

What We Require:


  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling and at least two (2) years of crisis experience.
  • Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC)
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance_._
