At our center of excellence in Ranson, WV, we are dedicated to providing the highest standards of safety, health, environmental protection, and compliance for cruising.

Our focus is on promoting effective communication and efficient processes between ship and shore.

With our goal of achieving net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, we have established a new center of excellence to support our company in defining and implementing our decarbonization strategy and addressing the associated technological challenges.

As a Supervisor Maritime Training, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our crew members receive the necessary training to meet the demands of the cruise industry.

Your responsibilities will include quantifying training needs, monitoring and reporting compliance, and organizing training courses.

You will also proactively communicate training needs to crew members and work closely with our training vendors as a business partner.

Additionally, you will handle invoicing and maintain records and databases.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in professional training, HR, social sciences, or ship management.

A Master's degree is a plus. Previous experience in training in the cruise industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and proficiency in English and MS Office 365 are also required.
