General Manager

Rural hardware/Agricultural retailer located in SW Michigan seeking to fill full time manager position. Focus on retail, agricultural background or knowledge is a plus. Experience required in retail management, sales and market development.

Must be able to met sales goals, ensure efficient operation,along with good record keeping for government reporting and monthly board meetings and annual shareholder meeting.

Applicant must be able to manage a staff of 6-10 people, including safety training.

Must have good communication skills, the ability to make sales calls, manage inventory, have good understanding of income statements and balance sheets, posses creative skills to expand business and forecast new markets.

Salary will be based on experience. We offer medical insurance, vacation pay and annual bonus based on profitability


Pay:
$52, $59,320.00 per year
