As a Site Operations Manager manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area.


In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Operations manager duties and responsibilities may include interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
  • Be available during core hours of operations (6am-6pm), to include at times outside of core hours
  • Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program and manages risk tracking process
  • Awareness of company strategic goals and align to business operations
  • Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives, attends customer meetings and serve as client liaison
  • Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality
  • Manage site projects and work with stakeholders to ensure successful completion and transition to operations team
  • Ensure staff know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members
  • Ensure project schedules are met and system resources are used effectively
  • Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services
  • Maintain day to day site operations ensuring all PRS guidelines are met, and projects are completed on time
  • Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
  • Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: BA/BS and 5 + years of related experience
  • Required Experience:
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Exposure to business and project strategies
  • Professional Certification: Security+
  • Advance knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Location: On Customer Site
  • US Citizenship: Required
