YOUR CHALLENGES.
Contact person and expert advice on purchasingrelated topics in the areas of ESG and sustainability
Further development of our existing sustainability strategies and their materiality
Product and price optimization in the calculation and execution phase of our projects
Support of the ESG team in purchasing sustainable products
Obtaining and evaluating offers from subcontractors, including the preparation of price comparisons
Maintenance and further development of our supplier and subcontractor relationships
YOUR PROFILE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER.
Technical education or successful completion of studies as a civil engineer or architect
Relevant experience with sustainable building materials and their suppliers
Professional experience in tendering subcontractor services (phases 67) in turnkey interior construction desirable
Secure application of VOB and knowledge of BGB construction contract law advantageous
Experience with an AVA program desirable, ideally iTWO
Strong communication skills, teamwork, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
