Description
The Children's and Youth Clinic at the University Hospital Erlangen is a facility with 135 beds. It consists of six general wards, a dialysis department, and a bone marrow transplant unit.

The intensive care unit includes a neonatal intensive care unit (Level 1) as well as an interdisciplinary pediatric intensive care unit with 12 beds, specializing in the care of cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery patients.

Your responsibilities:
In accordance with our nursing standards, you ensure the best possible care and monitoring for our young patients. You involve parents and caregivers in the care of their child at all times.
You independently carry out medically ordered measures and communicate in a professionally competent manner.
You document and record the medical and nursing care of patients using computer-based systems.
You assist in the care and treatment of emergency patients and various interventions.

Your profile:
You have successfully completed training as a pediatric nurse (m/f/d).
You have a strong sense of responsibility and are willing to cooperate with other professional groups.
You are flexible, committed, and interested in regular specialized training.

Additional qualifications that are advantageous:
In addition to the above-mentioned qualification, you have previous experience in intensive care nursing in a hospital setting.
You have completed further training in pediatric intensive and anesthesia care or are willing to do so.
You are interested in practical instruction
