Description

Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as needed

• Ability to crawl under desks and work in tight spaces
• A working knowledge of PC computer systems, hardware,

software and networking, Apple/Android products

• Proficient with Windows 11 and Office 36
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal as well as written communication and

interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
• Skilled in efficiently prioritizing and executing tasks

and possess a team attitude

• Ability to work long hours/weekends when needed
• Valid drivers license
• Personal vehicle (required when travelling to District and

Regional offices throughout the state)


Duties Description
- person to resolve issues in a timely manner

• Provide training to endusers on how to effectively use
• Perform hardware/software installations, as well as printers,

scanners, and VOIP phones

• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues and

provide solutions

• Research and test new trends in technology
• Document issues and update resolutions in ticket tracking

system and follow up with end-users to ensure issues are
resolved

• Occasional travel to District and Regional offices throughout the

state is required


Additional Comments

Desired skills/qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or a call center setting
• Basic knowledge of Remote Access Desktop Software (KACE,

TeamViewer, Quick Assist, etc.)
Occasional overtime and travel may be required. There is room for growth and advancement for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
