- Provide technical support across quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing, and testing efforts
- Participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities
- Contribute to design and project reviews internally and with customers
- Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with processes and standards
- Coordinate and participate in various inspections and tests
- Provide training for inspection personnel
- Generate Quality Program Plans and Quality Assurance Procedures
- Develop cost estimates and conduct other assigned duties
- 5-10 years of experience in quality engineering within an aerospace or similar manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in sampling procedures, SPC, TQM Lean Six Sigma
- Knowledge of inspection techniques and ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience with PC programs like MS Office, MRP systems, AutoCAD/SolidWorks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Background in ISO9001/AS9100D and ANSI Z540 calibration requirements
