- Candidate must be able to work in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Candidate will be responsible for scheduling cases for MMC and OMC Cath Labs and the EP Lab.
- Must be able to handle high volume of phone calls and work closely with the Charge RN to manage the flow of fiveprocedure rooms and the holding/receiving area.
- Candidate must have strong computer skills; PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be able to multitask, have strong phone etiquette and people skills. Candidate must have a flexible schedule.
- High School Diploma required
- College preferred.
- 12 years prior experience in an office setting, medical practice or medical office, preferred.
