Are you a numbers whiz, tech-savvy, and a natural organizer? Do you enjoy combining technical and business knowledge and using your finesse to secure exciting projects? Then you're the perfect fit for our construction cost estimation team in Walcott, AR You'll evaluate bids, submit proposals, and maintain an overview from the beginning.

This lays the foundation for construction projects that will become living spaces in the future. Whether it's offices, hotels, schools, or corporate headquarters - we rely on your cost estimation expertise.


Your responsibilities:


  • Independent cost estimation for challenging projects in complete interior construction (with a focus on drywall)
  • Creating performance specifications and quantity surveys
  • Requesting subcontractor services
  • Final cost estimation using the AVA software program iTWO
  • Preparing work for project managers upon receiving orders; including procurement or preparation of subcontractor contracts
  • Onsite surveys (construction in existing buildings)

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed degree in engineering or architecture or a completed vocational training with experience in interior construction
  • Experience in cost estimation for construction projects and creating performance specifications with quantity surveys preferred
  • Knowledge of AVA software programs, ideally ARRIBA/iTWO preferred
  • Structured and independent work style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
