We are seeking a
Laboratory Associate - Automation to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory business in Austin, TX.

Shift - Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:30pm (Shift differentials apply)

As a Laboratory Associate - Automation, you will be responsible for routine sample preparation duties inclusive of automated liquid handling, troubleshooting routine experiments and the preparation of solutions.

What you'll be doing:

Ensuring preparation of biological samples for subsequent analysis and performing related tasks such as reagent distribution and sample dilutions.
Ensuring accurate and efficient results while operating automated instrumentation including Tecan EVO, Luminex, and Quanterix Simoa.
Ensuring quality and consistency by performing and documenting testing in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Performing calculations, preparing data for evaluation, and escalating unusual results to senior lab personnel.
Adhering to good housekeeping practices consistent with 6S standards while maintaining laboratory equipment and inventory.
Ensuring timely solutions aligned with company's procedures and regulatory requirements by clearly communicating with crossfunctional stakeholders.
Enhancing skills through selfstudy and training sessions; participating in crossfunctional projects as a representative of the lab team.
Complying with the company's procedures and applicable regulatory requirements to support safety initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
1 year of relevant lab experience.
Training and experience in GLP laboratory environment.
Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

Long periods of mental concentration and regular sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
Knowledge of automated liquid handling.
Experience with Tecan EVO, Luminex, and Quanterix Simoa preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $39, $58, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
