Description

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information to callers and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Excellent telephone skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
