    Bookkeeper/Office Manager
    Our client has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager.
    Responsibilities:
    • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable usingQuickBooks.
    • Process payroll using 3rd party.
    • Reconcile and control company travel expenses.
    • Percentage complete billing
    • Benefits administration
    • Financial budgets.
    Experience:
    • 5 Years Minimum Experience Proven bookkeeping and accounting experience
    • QuickBooks experience
    • Ability to manage office staff.
    Our client offers a salary of $55k - $65k and benefits.
