- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, patients, drivers, and operations associates
- Take orders/requests and dispatch the appropriate resources following policies and procedures
- Enter patient/customer information into software systems and maintain accurate records
- Ensure information entered from hospice groups is complete and accurate; obtain any missing data
- Update operations dispatch board
- Set up ETA's on deliveries and pickups and ensure scheduled deliveries are handled in a coordinated and timely manner.
- Upsell extra equipment to create efficiencies
- Assist with inventory and share knowledge of stock and equipment transfers
- Recommend changes to improve service, better clarify policies or procedures and any other matters that may occur as appropriate.
- Miscellaneous office projects and other duties as assigned
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills required
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize
