We advocate for our SLPs, provide supportive Clinical Fellowship Mentors, and offer our Clinical Fellows the most competitive compensation and benefits plans available to recent graduates.

    What We Offer:

    Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will support students by providing direct services, supporting RTI, and maintaining all associated documentation. You'll be an essential part of the team working closely with all key stakeholders including students, families, and educators to provide quality speech and language services. As an instrumental member of the therapy services team, you will address the communication skills of students aged 3-22. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting thorough evaluations to assess speech and language disorders that impact academic achievement.
    • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address each student's specific needs.
    • Delivering direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.
    • Working in close partnership with classroom teachers and interdisciplinary teams to support students' speech and language development.
    • Continuously monitoring student progress through observations and data collection, allowing for necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
    • Provide varied service delivery models (i.e. push-in, pull-out) to enhance the progress of your students.
    • Actively participate in all school-based RTI initiatives.
    • Maintaining transparent and regular communication with caregivers, offering updates and strategies to foster continued growth at home.

    Qualifications:

    Applicants should possess:

    • Experience working with children, ideally in a school-based or pediatric setting.
    • A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
    • A valid D.C. SLP license in the District of Columbia issued by the D.C. Department of Health, Board of Audiology and Speech Pathology.
